 Creo que comienza como algo físico solamente pero se va transformando en algo más profundo, máximo si esa persona nueva te brinda tiempo, afecto y compañía, creo que muchas veces estas cosas suceden no por falta de sexo, sino por falta de atención de una de las partes o quizás de ambos.
