La X edición del PREMIO INTERNACIONAL DE POESÍA FEDERICO GARCÍA LORCA, al que fueron nominados 44 autores de 16 nacionalidades, fue concedido recientemente al poeta EDUARDO LIZALDE, nacido en MÉXICO (1929).

Autor de una vasta obra en los géneros de poesía, cuento y ensayo, LIZALDE es considerado como uno de los más ilustres escritores contemporáneos.

La prosa es bella
-dicen los lectores-.
La poesía es tediosa:
no hay en ella argumento,
ni sexo, ni aventura,
ni paisajes,
ni drama, ni humorismo,
ni cuadros de la época.
Eso quiere decir que los lectores
tampoco entienden la prosa.
